Simply choose from any of the treatments above, or select a dollar amount gift voucher and let the recipient decide on the treatment of their choice. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Either have it sent to a nominated email or vouchers can be packaged and delivered to a nominated postal address.
